What Questions Do You Have About Japan?

By Donnie | Articles

Hi everybody!

I wanted to put out just one more post before having to take a short break. I notice that more and more people are coming to visit here at the Japan Guy and I really want to know more about your questions and intersts about life in Japan. Granted, I can’t claim to know everything, but if you have questions, I’ll definitely do my best to get the answers.

What kinds of things do you want to see/know about here in Japan? What things pique your curiousity? Small things, big things, major things, minor things, funny things, weird things, romantic things, business things, hobby things, karate things, teaching things…do you get the idea? Everything’s fair game!

Yes, I do want this blog to be a chronicle of my Japanese experiences, but it’s just as important to me that this blog be useful to other people in the process. I don’t believe in stupid questions either. If there’s something you truly have a question about, even if it’s simple, don’t hesitate to leave your question in the comments section.

For those of you who have some experience here in Japan , please feel free to respond to some of the questions as well (I always appreciate your insight).

I love interacting with all of you, and I think this is a prime opportunity to do more of that, I am going to have quite a bit of time off in the near future (4 days), so let’s talk 🙂

I look forward to hearing from you,

Donald Ash

What is your experience with deaf people in Japan? 🙂 I’m Deaf myself, but I’m especially curious if you’ve met any and been exposed to JSL yet.

  • You have a great website and I enjoy reading your posts. It would be interesting to hear more about the job market for foreigners in Japan and what types of opportunities are available outside of teaching. Keep up the good work!
